1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Furniture requires extra care, so we take time to inspect and securely pack each order before shipment.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (CT) or on weekends/public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

We offer the following shipping option:

  • Standard Shipping — 5–7 business days — Free Shipping on all orders

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to track your package in real time.

If you ordered multiple items (e.g., chair sets), they may arrive in separate boxes and on different days. Please refer to your tracking information for full details.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to street addresses within the contiguous United States.

We are unable to ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • Freight forwarders

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 3–5 days after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@pureaurex.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Furniture travels long distances, and while we take every precaution, issues can occasionally occur.

  • Inspect your order immediately upon delivery
  • If damage is found, contact us within 48 hours at contact@pureaurex.com with photos of the item and packaging
  • We will provide replacement parts or a new item at no additional cost
