Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Item was purchased within the last 30 days from the delivery date
- Item is unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Item is returned in its original packaging (box and protective foam)
- Item has not been fully assembled and then disassembled
📝 Note: Furniture returned without original packaging or items that have been assembled and disassembled cannot be accepted, as this may lead to damage or compromised structural integrity.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at contact@pureaurex.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund
3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
For returns that are not due to defects, damage, or errors on our part, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. This fee covers handling, inspection, and logistics costs, and will be deducted from your total refund amount.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items that have been used or are not in original condition
- Items not returned in original packaging
- Items that have been assembled and disassembled
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, Pure Aurex will cover 100% of the return shipping cost.
